All investments, whether or not they are early-stage seed investments or later stage growth capital, go through a strict quantitative (Hatchscore) and qualitative assessment process before which term sheets are studied from a deal mechanics and legal perspective. Our analysts, not all of whom are mentioned below, work with our IC and OC for ground-level due diligence. Positions are then entered and portfolio construction is conducted carefully , taking into account asset-specific valuations and correlation on a sector and cross-portfolio basis, as well.
