Key members of Hatchworks Investment Committee (IC) sit on the board of MFO, an EU-invested investment company with $ 1.5 billion and have strategic access to DALP (decentralized autonomous liquidity pool). As a result, frequent insights and regular reviews of many of the industry's lucrative transactions are continuously underway. These potential portfolio targets can be based in Silicon Valley or can spread across the globe. Therefore, Hatchworks can provide the owner of the HATCHTOKEN with deep access to future transactions through a series of funds or direct investment opportunities at preferential rates after the proper KYC/AML and appropriateness tests.

*All hatchfunds (yield and unicorn type) will be global funds registered with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Mauritius where companies are established under the 2001 Company Act and licensed. Hatchfunds will be companies with a Class 1 Global Business License under the Financial Services Act 2007 (FSA) and all parties will need to pass appropriateness tests. These will be closed funds (CIS). Applications for FSC will start later in the roadmap.
